Real estate agent training in Dubai and across the UAE, before the viewing.
coachroom.ai is an AI-supported practice room for brokers and brokerages in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and across the UAE. Learn the facts of the project you are about to present, then rehearse with simulated buyers and investors.
By invitation only. Every request is reviewed individually before access is granted.
After the licence, the conversations.
Each emirate sets its own broker licensing rules. coachroom.ai is not a licence course and does not prepare you for a licensing exam. It helps with what comes next: knowing each project and explaining it clearly to buyers.
coachroom.ai is a sales skills practice platform. It is not a broker licensing, registration, certification or continuing education course, and it is not approved by, affiliated with or endorsed by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the Abu Dhabi Real Estate Centre (ADREC), the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department or any other UAE authority. To work as a broker, follow the licensing requirements of the authority in your emirate. Practice does not guarantee results.

For brokers and brokerages.
Brokers
Prepare for each viewing in your own time. Your room brings project facts, knowledge checks and conversation practice together.
Brokerages
Help brokers build a shared understanding of a launch and practise explaining it clearly to buyers. Employers only see aggregated team progress.
Feedback you can act on.
Seven criteria, each with evidence from your own words. Feedback on each criterion helps you choose what to practise next, without an overall score.

Questions about practice for brokers in the UAE.
Is coachroom.ai a RERA, ADREC or other licensing course?
No. coachroom.ai is a sales skills practice platform, not a broker licensing or certification course. It is not approved by, affiliated with or endorsed by the DLD, RERA, ADREC, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department or any other UAE authority.
Who is it for?
Individual brokers and brokerages preparing for buyer and investor conversations. We are starting with Dubai projects and buyers. Brokers in other UAE markets are welcome to apply.
Can brokers in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah use it?
Yes. Practice runs online, so brokers and brokerages in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates can request an invitation.
What is included in the free account?
Flashcards and quizzes, with separate monthly allowances for voice and video practice. Allowance amounts are still being defined. This is not an unlimited-use offer.
Who do I practise with?
Video practice uses simulated AI buyers or investors. They are AI roles, not live customers or a human coaching appointment.
Can I start today?
You can practise once your account has been approved. We review every request individually. Submitting the form does not activate an account.
